North Shore Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Centers has transitioned to a new medical record system, Epic. Larger health systems (e.g. Metro, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Mercy) along with many smaller private practices use Epic as their medical record system. Transitioning to this new medical record system will assist us in maintaining the continuity of care between providers.
Although the new patient portal will reflect as “Cleveland Clinic,” we are still an independently operating private practice GI group. Please follow the link below to establish your new account.
Please note: If you already have an existing MyChart account through the Cleveland Clinic MyChart system, you will not need to create a new account. You may sign in using your existing username and previously created password.
