“I've had ulcerative colitis for 4 years. Dr. Springer has been my GI doctor for all of that time and I wouldn't want anyone else in the world. The crew there also makes sure to get meds to you ASAP and really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Kate and Duffy have always been great in taking care of whatever questions or needs when the doctor is busy. “I had a colonoscopy at the Brooklyn location today. I cannot say enough about the entire staff. All are professional, knowledgeable, concerned, comforting.  Dr. Owen Tully is absolutely top of the line. Can't find a better doctor. His bedside manner is genuine. Can' t do better.” ~ Mary W.

 

“Let me first start by saying I had my dates wrong and showed up a week early at 8:30 am. I did the colon flush the day before like planned, and I’m really grumpy when I’m hungry. Receptionist told me it was next Monday at 8:30. I’m thinking, OMG. I’ve got to go through this again. She told me to have a seat and she'll she if they can’t fit me in somewhere. Ten minutes later I had an appointment. Dr. Straub (very nice and friendly guy) started his procedures early to get me in first. I spoke to two receptionists, three nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctor. All were really, really nice and took great care of me.”  ~ Rick G.
